Admission Procedure

To ensure that every child is given an opportunity, admission forms are issued on a first come basis. Admissions are open throughout the year.

• Prospectus along with Admission form is available in the school office.
• The age limit for Play group , Nursery, Kindergarten classes are 2+, 3+ 4+, 5+ respectively. Children who are underage or overage beyond a reasonable limit will not be considered for admission.

Admission Criteria

• Interaction with child and parents will be held.
• The following enclosures should compulsorily to be attached with the Admission form: a. Birth Certificate, Health Card, Adhar Card or Pan card of Parents (only for Nursery, Kindergarten).
• Transfer certificate from the school attended previously.
• Photocopy of academic performance sheet of the previous class.
• Two latest Pass port size coloured photographs.

Working days:

The school follows a five-day working in a week with Saturdays and Sundays as weekly holidays for children.

School Fee:

Fee is accepted in cash, cheque and through digital transfer during school hours up to the 10th of every month.

Fees is payable for 10 months/quarterly

After 10th day of the month, late fee of Rs. 10/- per day is  charged for depositing the fees.

After Admission

You are invited to look around the Pre-School at any time by arrangement. We operate a settling in policy, whereby we arrange a minimum of one visit to the Pre-School prior to the child’s official starting date. There is Parent Orientation Program which is compulsory to attend , as informed by the office.

Withdrawal

Information of withdrawal must be given in writing or by email to info@madanspublicschool.com  atleast one month in advance.

The fee will be non refundable and will be charged for the academic year.

In the absence of prior notice the students’ portfolio and work will not be handed over immediately.

Transfer certificate will be issued after clearing all dues.
